Pie: Chicken and Mushroom Pie
Comments: Hot without being like an inferno with a lovely soft pastry that allowed the dark mushroom masses to swirl into centre stage. Soft, not rubbery, mushrooms were a bit sparse but tasty. Never the most exciting pie but as good as it gets.
